What happens: This window allows our team to pull your pieces from our inventory, run a meticulous quality and shine inspection, securely secure them in our signature packaging, and hand them over to our logistics partners.

2. Bespoke & Custom Designs

This includes custom-sized pieces, personalized jewelry commissions, and exclusive bridal or event accessory sets.

Processing Time: Weeks to months (variable).
What happens: Because custom metalwork, stone-setting, and personalized designing require dedicated craftsmanship, timelines vary based on the complexity of the piece. Your exact timeline will be thoroughly discussed and finalized with you during your design consultation.

Your payment is secured. Ready-to-ship accessories begin their inspection phase, while custom/bespoke jewelry designs enter the metalsmithing and stone-sourcing phase.

2.Quality Inspection & Polishing:1 Working Day.

Every earring clasp, necklace chain, and gemstone setting undergoes a rigorous inspection. We give the pieces a final professional polish so they arrive sparkling gold.

3.Secure Packaging & Dispatch:Calculated at Checkout.

Your items are packed in protective, premium boxing to prevent scratching during transit. The shipping timeframe you select at checkout represents only the time the courier takes to deliver the package to your door.
